Pamphlet - "Watching Birds"

Wetlands are important and valuable habitats for birds and wildlife. Approximately 40% of Hong Kong's bird species depend in some way on wetland habitats for their survival. A high proportion of birds in Hong Kong are winter visitors and passage migrants in Spring and Autumn, followed by resident birds and summer visitors. Migration is a strong instinct, and birds (particularly waterbirds) are often able to traverse immense natural barriers, frequently migrating and making one or more stopovers en route.

Hong Kong Wetland Park has produced a "Watching Birds" Pamphlet (both English and Chinese). By clicking below, you can download the pamphlet for your personal study or for further education purpose. Come and look for birds at Hong Kong Wetland Park!
